Ingredients:

4-5 small/medium bananas (enough to produce 1 1/4 cups of mashed up banana)
2 cups of rolled oats
teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup (packed) of chopped of dates
1/3 cup of mixed nuts/sultanas/seeds
cinnamon and nutmeg to top

Bake for 30 mins at 175 degrees celsius
