So easy to make, these chewy cookies are sure to be a hit with the kids.
Ingredients: (makes 20 medium size cookies)
1 cup of m&m’s (extra for top)
1 cup of mini marshmallows
1/4 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
1 3/4 cup of plain flour (I first put in 1 3/4 cup and then see if the mixture needs more, if too sticky and not too firm .. add it all in)
1 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of caster sugar (super fine sugar)
165g butter
1/3 cup of peanut butter (I used crunchy; you can leave this out if you like and replace with a little extra butter)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Bake for 10 mins at 190c / 375f
