HOW TO MAKE PIZZA FROM SCRATCH: dough and sauce

After you’ve made your own pizza from scratch, you won’t want to buy one again! Nothing beats homemade

Ingredients:

For the dough –
2 teaspoons of yeast
1/2 teaspoon of caster sugar
3/4 cup of warm water
2 cups of plain flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt

Pizza sauce –
400g of tomatoes (you can use tinned)
1/3 cup of tomato paste
1 small brown onion
1 teaspoon of caster sugar
1-2 cloves of garlic
1-2 tablespoons of oregano (fresh)
1-2 tablespoons of basil (fresh)

Simply top with your favourite toppings. Cook for 15-20 at about 220 degrees celsius
salt and pepper
