2 egg yolks

1-2 Tbsp Cold Water
2 Tbsp White Vinegar (White wine, Champagne, or Distilled)

1 Tbsp Chopped Thyme
1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp Chopped Tarragon (optional)
