Ingredients: (makes about 25 medium sized cookies)
1 1/2 cups of plain flour
1/2 cup of caster sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
160g of butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon of baking powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of white chocolate chips
100g of glace cherries
1/3 cup of coconut
