1 cup gramflour/besan
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp salt or as per taste
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp sugar (powdered)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger green chilly crushed/paste
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp fruit salt/eno
TEMPERING:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
10-12 curry leaves
1/8 tsp asafortida
2-3 slit greeen chillies
1/2 cup water
1 tsp sugar or as per taste
fresh corainder to garnish
