Ball measurements for your fondant or modelling chocolate:
Larger red ball, 1″ or 2.5cm.
Smaller red ball 5/8″ or 1.5cm
Grey ball 1/2″ or 1.2cm

Tools & Equipment:
Knife
Greaseproof (wax or baking) paper
Zip lock bag
Scissors
Paintbrush
Marker or similar sized object
2 x rulers

Ingredients:
Marshmallows
Fondant or modelling chocolate – I used red as my mixer colour and a little grey for details
Tylose or CMC (optional – this will help fondant set firmer and faster. Mod choc can be refrigerated to make it set faster)
Water
An uncooked spaghetti noodle (you can also use a toothpick, but these are not edible so a bit risky)
A cupcake (recipe to Red Velvet cupcake below)
Frosting (recipe to buttercream frosting below)
