LdM & Oxfam present: Gluten Free Fridays!

Inside Florence’s Mercato Centrale, LdM’s scuola di cucina will be hosting a fascinating series of 8 evenings organized together with Oxfam Italia to unveil the joys of gluten free recipes. In collaboration with Molino Rossetto, Probios e Nutrifree, from October to November, the classes will explore the savory and sweet realms of Pizza, gnocchi, cakes and chocolate up to more exotic ingredients like Quinoa, cous cous, ginger and coffee. A great occasion to learn and taste the unique beauty of fusion cuisine under the expert guidance of bloggers Chiara Brandi, from blog Forchettina Giramondo, and Gaia Murarolli, from online recipe heaven Ginger Gluten free. To top this all off with an extra dose of sweetness, all proceeds will be donated to Oxfam.
