Here’s how I make my super easy, low carb, gluten free Chicken Parmesan recipe!

What you’ll need:
4 butterflied chicken breasts (I use Whole Foods chicken cutlets)
Garlic powder (all seasonings to taste)
Oregano flakes
Basil flakes
Salt
Pepper
Shredded Parmesan Cheese (I used the Everyday 365 Whole Foods brand, the whole container)
~ 1.125 cups of a good, no sugar added tomato sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
