Make a HOT AIR BALLOON Cake / Giant Cupcake – A Cupcake Addiction How To Tutorial

Tools & Equipment:
Balloon stick (plastic stick with little plastic cup)
Ribbon (optional)
Sharp knife
Pizza cutter (optional)
Fondant rolling pin
Balloons (you decide what colour!)
9″ round Cake board (I iced mine – link to our how to ice a cake board tutorial is below)
Cake turntable (not a must but they make life easier)

Giant cupcake – base only (link to giant cupcake basics series below)
Giant chocolate cupcake case (I used 80% white chocolate and with either 20% milk or 10% dark to achieve this latte colour, but you can do yours any colour you like)
Fondant or modeling chocolate (I used latte, green and yellow)
Melted white chocolateTap water
