I am big fan of south Indian food and that's why once in while you'll smell south Indian cooking from kitchen and today's recipe has special place in my favorite food list, Medu vada. Yummyyy crispy fried Indian donuts. You can't resist them when they are coming out of frying kadhai and you have authentic sambhar and coconut chutney in front of you. These fried dumplings made from soaked and grinded urad daal.
