Dragon Fruit Cup Cake Recipe

**Cup Cake**
Ingredient
MFM Self Raising Flour 165g
Icing Sugar 173g
Butter 91g
Whole Egg 91g
Cocoa Powder 6g
Fresh milk 50g
Dragon Fruit Puree 71g
Vanilla essence 2g

Procedure
1. Cream butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
2. Add in eggs gradually and mix until even.
3. Fold in flour, milk and vanilla essence then blend well.
4. Mix in Cocoa powder and then the Dragon fruit puree
5. Fill batter into a piping bag & pipe batter into cupcake holders until about 70% full.
6. Bake for 15 – 18 minutes at 180’C until risen, golden and firm to the touch.

**Topping**
Ingredient
Cream Cheese 250g
Butter 50g
Icing Sugar 50g
Dragon Fruit Puree 15g

Procedure
1. Mix cream cheese with butter
2. Add icing sugar and mix evenly.
3. Add dragon fruit puree.
4. Mix well and frost the cupcake as desired
