Mickey and Minnie Mouse Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Red Velvet Cupcakes with red wrappers for Mickey, pink for Minnie
2. Vanilla buttercream (https://youtu.be/rjqOTM5icOE)
3. Oreos
4. Pink sugar pearls/sprinkles
5. Pink heart sprinkles
6. White M & M’s
7. White Good & Plenty candies or white jelly beans
8. Melted white chocolate

Procedure:
Mickey Mouse Cupcake:
– Using an open round tip, pipe a classic cupcake swirl on top of the red cupcake.
– Place two Oreo’s into the side of the buttercream swirl. If needed, place in fridge for 5-10 minutes to set.
– Using the white chocolate as “glue”, glue three white Good & Plenty candies together to form Mickey’s hands.
– Remove cupcake from fridge, and using more chocolate glue, attach hands to the sides of the cupcakes.
– Take two white M & M’s and cover backs with white chocolate, and attach to the front of the Mickey cupcake for the buttons.

Minnie Mouse Cupcake:
– Using an open round tip, pipe a classic cupcake swirl on top of the pink cupcake.
– Place two Oreo’s into the side of the buttercream swirl.
– Decorate with pink sugar pearls all over the top of the cupcake.
– Place two heart sprinkles with tips facing each other on the very top of the cupcake swirl to make Minnie’s bow. If needed, place in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to set.
– Using the white chocolate as “glue”, glue three white Good & Plenty candies together to form Minnie’s hands.
– Remove cupcake from fridge, and using more chocolate glue, attach hands to the sides of the cupcakes.
– Take two white M & M’s and cover backs with white chocolate, and attach to the front of the Minnie’s cupcake for the buttons.
