No bake Yema cupcake Recipe
For cupcake recipe:
2 cups All purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 tbsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup evaporated milk
For Yema filling:
2 can condensed milk
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp lemon zest
4 egg yolk
slurry ( mix 1 tbsp cornstarch & 3 tbsp water)
3 tbsp butter
Toppings: grated cheese
note: I made 25 pcs. of Yema cupcakes
