INGREDIENTS:
2 oranges
3 eggs
1 cup caster sugar (215g)
3 cups Almond Meal (300g)
1 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
ORANGE SYRUP:
Juice of 1 orange
Rind of one orange
3/4 cup caster sugar (155g)
Bake for 1 hour in greased pan at 170C (338f)
