Prep time about 10min. Serves 2-3.
Here are the paleo salad recipe details:
2x canned tuna (with oil)
15 olives chopped
2 green onions chopped
1 anaheim pepper chopped
3 Tbd capers
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
Juice of 3 lemons
Splash of olive oil
1 head of lettuce
1 avocado slices
Mix all together in a bowl and serve over lettuce with a sliced avocado on top!
