Paneer Kabab – Cottage Cheese Starter/ Appetizer/ Crispy Tikki Snack Recipe

Paneer Kababs are one of the most popular Indian appetizers. Paneer gives these kababs a great creamy texture, nuts give it a hint of richness. This Kabab is Crispy from the outside while being soft from the inside. Enjoy this tempting crispy Paneer kabab with Tomato Sauce, Spicy Chutney as a starter or snack.

Paneer Kabab – Cottage Cheese Starter/ Appetizer/ Crispy Tikki Snack Recipe

Ingredients :-
1 cup Paneer (Cottage Cheese),
1 Boiled Potato,
3 Tbsp Gulab Jambun Mix Powder,
3 Tbsp Kaju (Cashew),
3 Tbsp Kishmish (Raisins),
3 Tbsp Coriander,
1 tsp Chilli,
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala,
salt to Taste.
3 Tbsp Maida (All Purpose Flour),
Bread Crumbs as require.
Oil for Frying.

Procedure :-
Take Panner, Potato, Gulab Jambun Mix Powder, Kaju (Cashew), Kishmish (Raisins), Coriander, chilli, Chaat Masala, Salt in bowl. Mix well all ingredients and prepare a mixture. Make small Kabab from mixture. Take Maida (All Purpose Flour) in a bowl and add 3 Tbsp water in it and make a slurry. Now dip all kabab in slurry and roll in bread crumbs and Prepare all kababs. Fry all Kababs in oil till it becomes Golden brown. Serve hot with Tomato Sauce or Spicy Chutney.
