Tools & Equipment:
Black fondant
White fondant
Buttercream frosting
Circle cutter (same size or a little bigger than the top of your cupcake)
Circle cutter (smaller, about the size of a quarter or 10c piece)
Black food colour (liquid is best but you can also mix paste with a little water to thin it out)
Fine paintbrush
