INGREDIENTS:
-Dough
1/2 tbsp dry active yeast
1cup warm water
2cups All purpose or Bread flour
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

-Sauce
1/2 large onion
3-4 medium size tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp dry or fresh oregano
2 bunches of basil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

-Toppings

Sliced tomato
Shredded mozzarella
fresh basil
