1 cup diced dark chicken meat
2 cups all purpose flour
1 whole egg
1/2 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste

3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp chili flakes
