This crispy quinoa potato crust vegan pizza is an easy and tasty homemade recipe that is gluten free and totally vegan!
It is an ideal dinner for those on a raw till 4 diet or those eating starch solution meals… or anyone trying to eat healthy low fat meals 🙂

Ingredients:
Pizza dough for the base
2 2/3 cups quinoa flour
3 tbs arrowroot
2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp celtic sea salt
1 cup mashed potato
1 1 /4 cup warm water (water from cooked potato is perfect and starchy)
Top with your favorite pizza toppings!!!
Cheesy Sauce Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
2 tbs nutritional yeast
1/4 cup oats (up to an extra 1/4 cup if you want this thicker)
1 garlic clove
1 tbs miso (I used brown rice miso)
