With the help of Kikkoman Soy Sauce, it’s easy to make sesame grilled salmon work three ways, be it pasta, salad, or rice.

Sesame Grilled Salmon 3 Ways
Ingredients:
12 oz salmon filet (skinned, center cut)
1 tsp canola oil
Marinade
2 tsp Kikkoman soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
Honey
2 Tbsp canola oil
Garlic
2 tsp rice vinegar
Steps:
Mix marinade ingredients together. Brush onto salmon filet. Cut into 3 equal portions.
Heat a non-stick skillet to medium high heat. Add oil.
When oil begins to smoke, add salmon. Cook about 5 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other.
Remove from heat.
1st Way: Rice Plate
Ingredients:
½ cup cooked rice
½ cup steamed vegetables
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped chives
Steps:
Arrange cooked rice, steamed vegetables, and salmon filet on a plate.
Top with sesame seeds, chives, and parsley.
2nd Way: Summer Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup butter lettuce hearts, separated
2 strawberries, sliced
¼ cup pea shoots
Honey Ginger Soy Dressing:
Kikkoman Soy sauce
1 Tbsp scallion, minced
2 tsp honey
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp ginger, grated
1 garlic clove, grated
Salt and white pepper to taste
Steps:
Whisk dressing ingredients together. Season to taste.
Top lettuce with strawberries and pea shoots.
Add cooked salmon filet, breaking into pieces. Drizzle dressing over the top.
3rd Way: Pasta
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp butter
Garlic
½ Tbsp capers
¼ tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp Kikkoman soy sauce
¼ lb linguine, cooked
1 Tbsp fresh dill
Lemon juice
Steps:
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add garlic, capers, and chili flakes. Cook until butter begins to brown. Add Kikkoman soy sauce.
Toss in cooked pasta.
Transfer to a plate along with salmon filet. Garnish with dill and a squeeze of lemon.
