**NOTE** The correct baking temperature is 275 F. In the video I said 325 F.
I frost this cake with cream cheese frosting but you can go with chocolate as well. I just really love the tang of cream cheese frosting with the banana flavor and pecans! It’s amazing!!
If you’re looking for another way to use up black bananas beside banana bread, then you HAVE to give this cake a try! Don’t even think about making this and having it sitting around though. You WILL eat the entire thing. Just “don’t do it Miss Sophia”. Make it and SHARE!
