Superfood Bar Recipe: SUBSTITUTE WITH ANYTHING IN YOUR PANTRY!!!
1/3 cup almonds
1 cup almond meal
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup coconut chips
2 tbsp pepitas
2 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp dairy-free choc coated cacao nibs or choc chips
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup carob powder
1/4 cup rice malt syrup – add more if too dry
6 medjool dates pitted
Hummus Recipe:
2 cups chickpeas – canned or pre cooked
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 garlic clove
3 tbsp sesame seeds or 2 tbsp tahini
2-3 tbsp water or more if needed
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilli
pepper
salt if you desire
