2 tbsp crushed tamarind
2-3 whole star anise
1 tbsp vanilla extract, paste, or 1 whole vanilla bean
1 tbsp crushed cardamom pods
1 tsp orange blossom water
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup evaporated milk
-Tapioca Pearls
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
4 cups water
1 cup tapioca pearls (not the quick cooking version)
