I love how easily it can go from light and whipped to firm (simply by popping it into the fridge) making it great for whatever texture you’re aiming for.
Feel free to increase the sugar if you need more sweetness and stability. You can even swap the vanilla extract for coconut, orange, mint or whatever else lifts ya skirt!
