What is “eating paleo?” well in short i could answer by saying “it’s potentially the cleanest way to eat nowadays.” in short it is a diet based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans, consisting chiefly of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit, and excluding dairy or grain products and processed food. It is the fastest eating plan in the world today with celebrities, chefs, elite athletes and EVEN FITNESS EXPERTS boasting the benefits. You may ask… well… what are the benefits? And that’s a great question! studies are starting to show that eating paleo can trigger the bodies automatic fat burning mode, grants you increased and more stable energy levels, gives you a lowered risk of heart disease diabetes and even cancer, it gives your immune system a boost and just makes you feel better as a whole! And for vanities sake it can even give you clearer skin and healthier looking hair. Theres no reason you shouldn’t at least try this way of eating. Remember it’s not even a diet. 🙂
