Really good dough only needs four ingredients, so what’s stopping you?

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet instant yeast
2 pinches kosher salt
1 cup warm water

STEPS:
1.) In a stand mixer bowl with the dough hook attached, combine flour, yeast and salt. Mix to combine. Add warm water and continue mixing. Add more water if needed, potentially up to another ½ cup, depending on humidity. Mix for 8 minutes to develop gluten, which will make the dough strong and not rip.
2.) Divide into 4 equal-sized pieces. Use your hands to form them into balls.
3.) Flour a baking sheet. Place balls on the tray and cover with a dry dish towel or plastic wrap.
4.) Allow to rise for at least 6 hours before using.
