In today’s Public Diary Vlog I will show you how to bake or cook the Vital Brot (Vitalbrot) / Vital Bread recipe from thermomix.
I don’t really know waht it’s called so let’s call it rice bread or rice cake. Hehe
I am using Thermomix (a thermomix demo) to cook this bread / cake and I will put the link of the recipes in the desciption.
It’s easy and free to do, well free recipes to learn but you still need to buy the ingredients and the thermomix lol.
This is a very healthy bread for snack.
Here are the ingredients :
Vital bread / Thermomix bread / Thermomix recipes
200 g spelled, or wheat
300 g flour
1 cube of yeast
50 g oil
250 g of water, lukewarm
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp honey
How to cook :
1. Pour cereal into mixing bowl and 40 Sek./Stufe 10 grind.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and 1.5 Min./Stufe Dough mode process to a paste.
3. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin (25 cm), can go 15 minutes and bake in a preheated oven.
Baking temperature: 200 °
Baking time: 45 minutes
