Cultural Cuisine Club brings you three easy recipes that anyone can make at home. If you’re in the mood for something sweet check out these super simple crepes.

Recipe: Quick and Easy Crepes

*Ingredients*
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted

*Directions*
1. In a large bowl mix together flour and eggs.
2. Gradually add in milk and water to avoid lumps.
5. Add salt and butter and beat until smooth
4. On medium high heat, lightly coat the pan with oil (Large pan)
6. Spread roughly ¼ cup of the mixture evenly across your pan
7. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the bottom is lightly brown
8. Using a spatula, turn the crepe over to make sure it cooks evenly
9. Garnish with your favorite fillings (suggestions: ice cream, powdered sugar, melted chocolate, strawberries)
