INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp water
½ tsp butter
Pinch salt
1 Tbsp flour
½ quail egg
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
Mexican chocolate dipping sauce:
1 Tbsp cream
1 Tbsp chopped chocolate
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch cayenne

STEPS:
1.) To make churro batter, combine water, butter and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir in flour to form a ball and beat in egg. Heat oil, pipe churros into hot oil and fry.
2.) To make chocolate: heat cream and chocolate to melt; stir in spices.
3.) Sprinkle churro with cinnamon and sugar and dip in Mexican chocolate.
