DESCRIPTION
With a crust made of ladyfinger crumbs and a filling made with cream cheese, mascarpone, and espresso, this cheesecake combines the flavors of tiramisu
Classic Italian dessert made with ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese. It can be made in a trifle bowl or a springform pan.
INGREDIENTS
Hung curd 1 cup
cream 1 cup
sugar 200 g
custard powder 2 tb
coffee powder 1 tb
hot water ½ cup
cocoa powder for dusting
grapes juice or wine 100 ml

INGREDIENTS
condensed milk 200g
powder sugar 11/2 cup
warm melted butter 11/2 cup
flour 3 cups
baking powder 1 tbsp
vanilla essence few drops
coke 300 ml

step 1 .First put the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for 1 to 2 hours, so extra moisture will come out, then add sugar and whisk it well till creamy consistency like a soft cheese.
step 2. make a eggless sponge sheet, take a bowl add condensed milk and sugar whisk it well then add warm melted butter, mix it well,
take another bowl add flour, baking powder, in this add mixture of butter, sugar and milk, mix it half and pour the coke or soda and mix it slowly till the batter consistency, transfer this mixture into the baking tray, then put this trays into the oven and bake it at 180 c for 15 minutes.
step 3. heat milk in pan add sugar, custard powder (make a slurry by adding water with custard powder to avoid lumps) make the custard thicker and you will be able to set Tiramisu much faster.
step 4 . take a fresh cream in a bowl, add sugar, whisk it thoroughly till fluffy consistency.
step 5. take a coffee powder, add hot water and mix it well add liquor or wine in coffee powder mixture (instead of liquor you can add grapes juice).
step 6. Now cut the eggless sponge sheet in biscuit size (3 inch) and dip this biscuits in the coffee mixture, arrange them in a mould as a layer.
step 7. Add the custard mixture, hang curd mixture, fresh cream mixture little coffee mixture or liquor to add additional flavor and beat it well, pour this mixture into the mould till half and again make a layer of biscuits by dipping into the coffee mixture and pour the rest of the mixture on top of this and dust the cocoa powder (also we use grated chocolate on top) with the help of the tea strainer on top and set it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, and then serve it
