Veg Mexican Hot Dogs | Tea Time Snack | Recipe By Teamwork Food
Ingredients:
– 50g boiled rajma(kidney beans)
– 20g boiled sweet corn kernels
– 2-3 tbsp olive oil
– 1medium size onion chopped
– 10nos jalapenos chopped (red + green)
– 5 garlic cloves chopped
– 2 green chillis chopped
– 20g green bell pepper chopped
– 5 gherkins chopped (optional)
– 1tbsp tabasco sauce
– 20g cheddar cheese
– 20g mozzarella cheese
– salt to taste
– black pepper to taste
– red chilli powder to taste (optional)
– 2tbsp butter (for cooking)
– butter for hot dogs buns
Method:
– heat olive oil in pan, saute onion, bell pepper, garlic, green chilli until golden brown
– add gherkins and jalapenos into it
– add coarsely grinded kidney beans and corn mixture and cook for 2 minutes
– sprinkle salt, pepper and red chilli powder
– keep it beans & corn mixture aside in a bowl and add mozzarella & cheddar cheese
– mix well
– now cut the hot dog buns and spread butter evenly (make sure they don’t separate while giving cut in between
– now fill the mixture in it
– add mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese on top
– put it in oven until cheese melt
– serve hot
