Vegan Banana Pancake Recipe (Gluten-Free) +Dance Party!!!

Enjoy making these delicious vegan and gluten-free pancakes with me this morning as I have a dance party!

Vegan Banana Pancakes

Dry Ingredients:
1 cup teff flour
1 tsp baking powder
1-3 tbs coconut sugar (or sugar of your choice; taste batter to see what amount is sweet enough for you)
1/2 tbs cinnamon
a dash of salt (I like pink himalayan salt)

Wet Ingredients:
1 cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
1/2 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 smashed ripe banana
oil pan with coconut oil

Berry Syrup:
3 tbs maple syrup or raw coconut nectar
3/4 cup mixed berries

Toppings:
Walnuts and coconut flakes (optional)

*Tip: turn off heat in between cleaning/oiling the pan so that the cakes won’t burn.
