Vegetable Dalia khichdi Recipe for Kids: Homemade Baby food Recipe | My Beautiful World

Hey guys !!

Today we are making Vegetable Dalia(Broken wheat) for kids and elders, it help in maintaining the ideal weight, gas troubles and constipation. If it is getting difficult for you to feed your child the basic chapatti and vegetables , then it is the great alternate in the form of broken wheat and vegetables added to this.

Below are the ingredients:

1.Dalia (Normal or multi grain Dalia)
2.Beans
3. Carrot
4.Patato
5. Green Onion (you can use normal onion as well and also add Tomato if you want)
6. Cumin seeds
7. Ghee
8. Salt (you can add pepper according to your taste)

Process : Add ghee to a pan and roast Dalia until it give nice fragrance and turn Brown in color.

Then Take cooker add 1 spoon ghee and add cumin seeds , then 1 chopped onion, when it get brown then add vegetables and fry them for 2 minutes. Then add Dalia, salt and water ( 3 times to the quantity of Dalia) . Close the cooker and wait till 3-4 whistles. Let it cool and then serve with Ghee, Curd , Chutney or Pickle.

I prefer to serve it with Ghee to the little ones.
