Let’s think outside the box: a vegetarian gluten free pizza with eggplants, mozzarella and homemade tomato sauce. My son Luca loves this “special” pizza as the eggplant is very soft and absorbs all the delicious taste of the tomato sauce. It’s a good idea for a lunch box too!! ciao, b
