Ingredients:

1 Cup black (beluga) lentils
5 Cups chicken stock (broth)
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 sprig of thyme
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp fennel seeds
3 Tbsp diced salami
1 handful of arugula
sliced red onions
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
