All of the calories and macronutrients will be on the screen. In case you’re unfamiliar, macros are the 3 major components of food that fuel our bodies: Fat, Carbohydrates and Protein.
I logged my food in myfitnesspal, if you haven’t used it before to log your food you definitely should check it out! I don’t recommend tracking your food every single day but it is a good way to understand how much food you’re consuming on an average day and is very useful for weight loss.
