Hello Everyone!

I realized in my previous videos I show you what I eat while on the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide (BBG) program using my Sweat with Kayla app. However, I never show any recipes so I decided to do a video showing you not only What I Eat In A Day To Lose Weight and get fit but also to include the recipes incase you want to try some of these recipes out. FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ☀️ :
👉🏼 Apple Cider Vinegar Water – I swear by this elixir in the mornings. It is great for bloating, digestion, and also helps boost the immune system.

BREAKFAST ☕️ :

👉🏼 Vega Sports Protein Powder in Chocolate –

LUNCH 🌯 :
👉🏼 Turkey Wrap with Avocado Spread and Mixed Leafy Greens

DINNER 🍽 :
👉🏼 Ground Turkey & Brussel Sprouts Stir Fry
👉🏼 Roasted Sweet Potatoes
