Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Bagels (Cut In Half)
2 Tomatoes
12 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Onion
12 cup Tomato sauce
Fresh Basil Leaves
Some Black Olives
Method:
1) First cut the bagels into half
2) Spread the bagel half with tomato sauce.
3) Add sliced tomatoes, onion rings and some black olives and grated Mozzarella cheese
4) Preheat the toaster oven at 425 F (220 C)
5) Place the bagels in the preheated oven and toast for about 10 minutes. The base should be golden brown when done.
6) Top it up with more cheese if you like. You can also sprinkle some oregano or basil leaves.
Serve it Hot!
