3 Easy Citrus Green Smoothie Recipes + Benefits of Drinking Green Smoothies

There are a plethora of benefits of drinking green smoothies including, but not limited to:
• Boosts energy levels
• High in fiber, calcium, and iron
• Alkalizing
• Promotes weight loss

In this video, I provide three citrus green smoothie recipes using ingredients I already had in the home. That’s the beauty of making smoothies… we can create and try new drinks every time. Feel free to alter these ingredients to your liking. Adding mint to these would also give these smoothies a nice kick.

1.
-2 cups kale
-1 ½ banana
-½ frozen raspberry
-juice from 1 orange
-1 cup of water

2.
-2 cups of spinach
-1½ banana
-1 Persian cucumber
-½ apple
-2 cups water
-juice from ½ or 1 whole lime
-½ tbs moringa powder (optional)

3.
-2 cups spinach
-½ grapefruit
-1 banana
-1/3 cup blueberries (high in antioxidants)
-2 dates
-1 cup water
