Recipe 1#
Dar chocolate coconut truffles
– 1tbsp peanut butter
– 1tbsp maple syrup
– 1tbsp cocoa powder
– 1tbsp coconut flour
– 2tbsp shredded coconut
makes combine and form into balls

Recipe 2#
Banana bread mugcake
– 1 small mashed banana
– 2tbsp flax seed meal + 2tbsp water (vegan egg)
– 1tsp cinnamon powder
– 1tbsp almond flour
– 1tbsp coconut flour
– 1tbsp coconut sugar
– 1tbsp all purpose flour (glutenfree)
– 1tbsp walnuts chopped + raisins
– 3tbsp plant based milk
Combine wet followed by dry ingredients on top.
Add in a mug sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Microwave for 1min 1min and another 30seconds.
Flip on to a plate and top with cinnamon, agave or peanut butter

Recipe 3#
Chocolate chip cookie sandwich
– 1/3 cup all purpose flour (glutenfree)
– 1/4 cup oat flour
– 1tbsp coconut flour
– 1tbsp flax seed meal
– 1tsp baking powder
– 1tbsp coconut oil
– 1tbsp appelsauce unsweetened
– 3tbsp plant based milk
– 2tbsp dairy free chocolate chips / 1/2 chopped squarebar
*Chocolate sauce: 1 tbsp pf each agave and cocoa powder mixed with plant based milk to form a thick ganache like consistancy.
Form into cookies using a tbsp measurements, add to a pan with parchment paper and bake for 8min on 350’F
Fill in the chocolate ganache in each cookie, refrigerate for 5-10 min before devouring.
