Hey, We’re Lauren & Joe! In 2011 we set out from the UK to travel the world. From trekking in the Himalayan Mountains to teaching English in China, we have experienced some of the most eye-opening events of our lives since we stepped on that plane that would take us beyond our bubble. In May 2014 we stumbled across a speech on YouTube by Gary Yourofsky which led us to adopt a vegan lifestyle. Since then we’ve been travelling mainly in search of epic vegan food! We are expecting our first baby in August 2016 and hope to continue to share our journey with you here as we adapt to life with a little one 🙂 so feel free to follow our footsteps!
