1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup

3. Green Smoothie (kiwi spinach smoothie)

1 cucumber
1 banana
4 ripe kiwis
2-3 handfuls of fresh spinach
1/2 cup apple juice

4. Mango peach Raspberry Smoothie

1 Banana
1 cup Mango chunks

5. Blueberry cheesecake smoothie
1/2 cup milk
