BETH’S SUPER SANDWICH COMBOS
TURKEY SANDWICH
• 2 slices of Rosemary Bread (have it sliced, put into freezer bags, defrost in micro)(Rye, sourdough would work too)
• Honey Mustard (or make your own 1 tbsp Dijon mustard to ½ tsp honey)
• Choose more interesting turkey (smoked turkey, maple honey turkey)
• Chose more interesting lettuce (Butter Lettuce)
• Add sliced Roma tomatoes
SAVORY SNACK:
Pita chips with hummus
SWEET SNACK:
Apple sauce with pumpkin pie spice
VEGETARIAN SANDWICH
• Olive Bread, toasted
• Store bought Pesto
• Fresh Mozzarella (not in water)
• Sliced Sun-dried Tomatoes
SAVORY SNACK:
Cherry tomatoes with sea salt
SWEET SNACK:
Dried Apricots and almonds
VEGAN PITA POCKETS
• Whole Wheat Pita (sliced in half)
• Store bought hummus
• 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, freshly chopped
• Fire-roasted peppers (blot dry)
• Artichoke hearts (blot dry)
• Pitted black kalamata olives
