Learn how to make a six layer cereal cake, with three different types of breakfast cereal in this video tutorial.

Smores ice cream cake:

Ingredients:
• 1 box + 1 1/2-2 cups Trix Cereal
• 1 1/2-2 cups Fruity Pebbles Cereal
• 1 1/2-2 cups Froot Loops Cereal
• Vanilla cake batter
• Vanilla buttercream
• 1 cup white chocolate

Procedure:
1. Separate one box of Trix cereal into 6 different bowls of the different colours found in the box.
2. Place each different colour of Trix into a food processor and grind until a powder.
3. Preheat oven 350F.
4. Separate cake batter into 6 different bowls.
5. Decide on what colour you want to make your buttercream, and reserve half of that powder for it.
6. Add one colour of powdered Trix to each of the batters and stir until combined.
7. Place coloured cake batter into 8″ round cake pan. Bake for 22-25 minutes. Repeat for all colours. Allow to cool completely.
8. Add your reserved powder to the vanilla buttercream.
9. Stack cake layers in desired order, layering buttercream between each one.
10. Carve cake into the shape of a bowl (tapering the sides inwards) and cover entire cake in buttercream.
11. Mix together Trix, Froot Loops, and Fruity Pebbles in a medium sized bowl. Press mixture onto the sides of the cake.
12. Melt white chocolate, and spoon out onto a piece of parchment, or non-stick silicone. Place additional cereal mixture into the melted chocolate and stir to coat. Shape into a round disc and let harden. Place on top of cake when hard.
13. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
