There is no shame in enjoying an entire cheese fondue yourself. In fact, here’s how you do it right.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Gruyere cheese
2 tsp Corn starch
1 Clove Garlic, peeled
1/4 cup White wine
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 pinch Dry Mustard
1 pinch Salt
Bread, cubed
Cauliflower, chopped
Steamed Asparagus
Granny Smith apple, sliced

STEPS:
1.) Cut garlic in half and rub the inside of a small oven proof container. Place in oven at 250 degrees to keep warm.
2.) Combine Swiss and Gruyere in a medium bowl, add corn starch and mix.
3.) Over a medium heat, add wine and lemon juice to a small saucepan. Once simmering, turn heat to low and add the cheese mixture. Add dry mustard and salt once cheese is melted and smooth.
4.) Pour cheese mixture into container. Keep in oven until just before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping veggies.
