1/2lb of Tuna (As fresh as possible)
Zest of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp Chopped Serrano
2-3 Tbsp Chopped Scallion
1 Tbsp Yuzu juice
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Pinch of Salt
Ingredients for Frisée Salad:
1 handful of trimmed frisée (Only the inner yellow leaves)
2 Tbsp Sliced Scallion tops
2 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Lime juice
2 tsp Chili flakes
pinch of salt
