Learn how to make a delicious and refreshing summer smoothie with Kiwis and Banana – it only takes a minute!

Ingredients:
– 2-3 Kiwi fruits
– 1/2 Banana – sliced
– 1/2 Cup milk / Coconut milk / Soy milk
– 1-2 Tbsp Sugar
– Ice cubes
– 1 Tsp ginger – shredded (Optional)

Method:
1) Peel and chop the Kiwi fruits into small pieces.
2) Cut the Banana in half and slice into small pieces.
3) Put all the ingredients (Kiwi, Banana, Milk, Sugar, Ice) in blender.
You can add Ginger also (optional).
4) If using Coconut / Soy Milk – you can add lime for tanginess.
5) Blend at high speed.
6) Add water if needed to reach required consistency.

Refreshing Banana Kiwi Smoothie is ready to serve!
