Great for breakfast or a mid afternoon snack. Delicious and creamy and so easy to make! 🙂
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of vanilla yoghurt (low fat, low sugar)
1/3 cup of milk (I used almond milk)
2-3 dates
1 1/2 tablespoons of peanut butter (I used organic, no added sugar)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
